Depot: Ship your equipment to us and we will repair and ship back to your site. Many people use our “flat rate” repair option on the more popular models.
On-Site: We will send a technician to your location to repair the equipment. This is the fastest way to fix equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Equipment is scheduled for a checkup once or twice a year. This helps keep “mission critical” equipment up and running.
Service Contract: An insurance policy that helps you budget equipment maintenance costs for the year.
Telephone Support: Call 704-525-2525 and we will help you diagnose the problem – and possibly repair your equipment – over the telephone.
After hours Emergency Service: Please call our regular number (704-525-2525) and follow the instructions for service requests after normal business hours.
